- Taut, refreshing Chardonnay with a whisper of oak finesse
- Single-source Tonnerre, hand-harvested and organically certified

About this Wine
A pure, crystalline Tonnerre that echoes the tension and clarity of great Chablis. Citrus, green apple and apricot glide over a clean mineral frame, with just a whisper of oak for contour. Vibrant, saline and beautifully fresh, this is Arnaud at his most classical and precise.
Bright and crystalline, with citrus, green apple, apricot and pear over a saline, mineral frame.

Tasting Notes
A bright, Chablis-esque Tonnerre: lime, green apple and apricot over a saline, finely etched finish.

Clean Lines, Citrus Light
Les Huées opens with green apple, pear, lemon and a bright edge of lime. Apricot adds a soft glow while the subtle new oak brings finesse rather than weight. The palate is taut and refreshing, lifted by vibrant acidity and shaped by a final flicker of salinity. Super clean, super pure and wonderfully drinkable — a wine that feels cut from the same cloth as classic Chablis, but with its own quiet confidence.

The Plot
A south-facing slope on shallow, stony clay-limestone, planted in the early 1990s. The combination of rock, exposure and altitude gives the wine both freshness and concentration. This is one of Arnaud’s most classical sites — a place where purity and mineral brightness naturally lead the style.
Technical Details
Hand-harvested Chardonnay from shallow, rocky soils. Natural fermentation. Maturation in a mix of stainless steel and barrels, with 30% new oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Discover Their Story
Jérémy Arnaud’s ascent toward Chablis cult status traces back to 1990, when his father planted the family’s first solitary hectare.
Jérémy stepped in with just half a hectare of his own in 2017, and his holdings have since multiplied tenfold, mirroring the speed and certainty of his rise. He stands at the vanguard of a new Chablis generation, rejecting pesticides, harvesting by hand, and ageing in true wooden barrels to craft wines with striking texture, tension and depth.
