If Chambolle were a person, we’d flirt with it at a party and write about it in our journal the next day. This one’s a heart-stealer — all cherry, violet, and raspberry with a floaty-soft texture that makes you think “just one more glass.” It’s perfumed, polished, and light as air, but there’s concentration underneath too. Chambolle at its most classic and showing why it combines elegance and fruity intensity so beautifully.
Floral and lifted, with cherry, raspberry, violet and rose over a silky, supple texture.
“Excellent wines from small producers which you can’t find elsewhere.”
Verified Reviewer“The service has always been personal and excellent.”
Verified Reviewer“Great wines, very reasonably priced, and customer service is excellent.”
Verified Reviewer“Ben is super friendly, knowledgeable and takes time out to make sure you are assisted personally.”

Tasting Notes
Floral. Silky. Seductively serious. Chambolle doing Chambolle things. The best combination of elegance and intensity.

The Chambolle That Wrote You a Love Letter.
Five small parcels, one seamless wine. This is the kind of Chambolle that doesn’t show off — it just glides in with violet perfume, soft tannins, and a whisper of spice. Think crushed raspberry, wild strawberry, and cherry blossom with a gentle ripple of rose. The texture is dreamy: silky, supple, and weightless, but the finish has depth and polish. It’s not loud. It doesn’t need to be.

The Plot
Sourced from five small parcels in the south of Chambolle-Musigny plots totalling under a hectare, this wine always punches well above its weight. The vintage brought ripeness and depth, but the bones are still all Chambolle — graceful, lifted, and floral to the core. 2023 marked a return to full crop after smaller harvests, and it shows in the harmony of the blend.
Technical Details
This cuvée was vinified with around 50% whole bunches, enhancing perfume and fine-grained tannin. Ageing was split evenly between ceramic and oak barrels, with just 20% new oak—bringing aromatic purity while adding gentle texture. The gravel and limestone soils here deliver lift, elegance, and a classic Chambolle line.

Discover Their Story
A.F. Gros is where two great Burgundy families, Gros and Parent come together.
Now led by siblings Caroline and Mathias Parent, this next-gen duo brings fresh energy to a legacy of precision.
From Bourgogne to Richebourg, every wine gets the same care: whole bunch ferments, ceramic ageing, and a quiet radicalism behind the classic style.
