Discover Their Story
There’s a new generation behind Domaine Frey. Now led by Delphine Frey alongside young cellar master Axelle Piska, formerly of Domaine Étienne Sauzet, the seven-hectare estate is entering an exciting new chapter.
From Pommard, Volnay and Meursault to the slopes of Aloxe-Corton, its tiny range culminates in three Grands Crus, including their own Monopole, Corton Grand Cru ‘Le Clos du Château’. Organic farming, biodynamic principles and a new precision in the cellar are putting this historic domaine firmly back on the map.
Why It Matters
The details that tell the story

Hand Harvested
No machines, only human hands selecting each grape with care & precision.

Organic Certified
Grown with no synthetic chemicals and utmost respect for the terroir. Nature’s true expression in every sip.

Biodynamic Principles
Produced in harmony with nature, using lunar cycles and organics to nurture vibrant, living soils.

Grand Cru Classification
Only 33 small vineyard plots in Burgundy hold the world-renowned Grand Cru status. You're tasting the exceptional.

Pinot Noir
The signature red. Silky, complex, and hauntingly aromatic, capturing the essence of its terroir with every sip.

Why Burgundy?

Burgundy has crafted legendary wines for over 2,000 years. The birthplace of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, it’s where every slope, village, and vineyard reveals its own voice of terroir.
You can grow vines almost anywhere, but only here is this magic bottled so beautifully.
There’s a saying amongst wine enthusiasts that all roads lead to Burgundy.
We say, why not start there...

Verified ReviewerFAQs
Clear details, so you can buy with confidence
Is this wine ready to drink now?
Yes. This is ready to drink now, but a little patience could make it even more rewarding. Open one soon, then tuck another away if you want to watch it develop.
Should I buy one bottle or a few?
One to try, three if you want to follow it over time, six if you already know the producer or style. Burgundy moves quickly, and small parcels rarely hang around for long.
What if I’m not sure this is my style?
Use our live chat, or pop us an email. We specialise in Burgundy and are always happy to help. Our tasting notes are based on wines tasted by our founders and updated regularly, so you can buy with proper confidence.
How quickly will it arrive?
Fast. We ship every wine on a next-working-day service and dispatch Monday to Friday. At checkout, you can even choose a delivery day that suits you.
How is it packed?
Each bottle is wrapped in tissue before being carefully placed into our specially imported Italian boxes, tested to rigorous standards. We have literally dropped them from the first storey of our house. All our packaging is paper-based and recyclable.
Can I send it as a gift?
Absolutely. As standard, our wines arrive wrapped in bespoke tissue paper. At checkout, you can also add gift bags, gift boxes and notes.
