About this Wine
A single-vineyard Sparkling Blanc de Blancs from Savigny les Beaune in the Côte de Beaune, matured Éminent-style for 24 months on its lees. Bright, refined, and confidently Burgundian, it balances citrus lift with subtle creaminess from its extended aging. A polished, terroir-driven sparkler from a domaine with two centuries of history. Made in same way as Champagne, but from the legendary vineyards of Burgundy.

Tasting Notes
Savigny sparkle with serious pedigree and 24 months of quiet magic. A single-vineyard Blanc de Blancs that proves Crémant's class.

A Sparkle Two Centuries in the Making
This Crémant Éminent glides in with fine, elegant bubbles and the clarity you only get from 100% Chardonnay grown in a cool Savigny vineyard. Lemon blossom, crisp pear, and white peach lead the way, followed by a gentle pastry note from its 24 months resting on the lees. It feels poised and quietly luxurious, the kind of sparkling wine that makes a simple moment feel like an occasion. Savigny freshness meets Burgundian finesse in a glass that hums with purity.

The Plot
The Chardonnay comes from a single, carefully farmed site in Savigny les Beaune, where cooler air and limestone soils give the base wine its brightness and drive. The Éminent classification signals patience: two full years of lees ageing to build texture without dulling the wine’s energy. It’s a snapshot of Savigny through a sparkling lens.
🏛 A 200-Year Family Story
The Jessiaume family have been rooted in Burgundy for around two centuries, shaping a reputation built on precision, vineyard care, and a feel for their home terroirs. Their move into traditional-method sparkling isn’t a modern whim but an extension of that long lineage, applying serious craft to a style that’s often taken too lightly. This bottling reflects that heritage: thoughtful, grounded, and unmistakably Burgundian.

Our Take
We’ve been hunting for the right Crémant since the very beginning of Burgundy Wine Club, and after plenty of tasting and comparing, this is the one that finally stopped us in our tracks.
Crisp, fine bubbles lead the way, with that super-fresh, elegant lift the 2022 vintage is so widely praised for. It’s bright, balanced, and properly grown-up, holding its own everywhere from Michelin-starred dining rooms to a relaxed night on the sofa. Exactly the kind of Crémant we’ve been waiting to share.
