Vinelights
Stony Soils. Electric Vibes. 2,000 Bottles Made.
Les Chaillots means “pebbles” in the local dialect, and that stony backbone defines the wine—light, fresh, and full of snap. Grown in Corgoloin from 50-year-old vines, this is Pinot Noir that buzzes with acidity and tension, but still brings depth and elegance. Expect blackberry, cranberry, violet, garrigue and just a flicker of black pepper spice.
100% destemmed and very gently extracted, this is a wine built on finesse—not force. It drinks beautifully now, but there’s enough structure to see it age with grace.
