“Les Cinq Climats” is a blend of grapes from five distinct climates, each adding its own punch. Together, they create a wine that defines Saint-Romain—elegant, powerful, and impossibly fresh.
🍇 Technical
Hand-harvested, gently pressed, and fermented with precision. Aged for 12 months in barrels (20% new oak) and vats, this wine emerges with just the right balance. The oak adds a subtle kick, but it’s the fresh fruit and zesty acidity that steal the show—making this wine both refined and effortlessly drinkable.
