Tasting Notes
Signature Meursault: brioche, blossom, flinty spice & richness with a vibrant lift.

Where Richness Meets Precision
This cuvée takes everything you love about Meursault — brioche, vanilla spice, ripe orchard fruit — and frames it with freshness and flinty precision. Green apple and lemon brighten the core, while pear and brioche add breadth. A lick of gunflint reduction and a dash of white pepper bring intrigue. The result: richness without weight, silk with structure, a Meursault that’s as clean as it is complex.
