Chablis “Vallée Clabory” Village de Chichée
- Tiny village bottling from a 0.32-hectare south-facing parcel
- Silky, mineral Chablis with brioche, citrus lift and white pepper
- Hand-harvested, organic-certified Chardonnay; unfined and unfiltered

About this Wine
A rounder, more textural expression of Arnaud’s style, shaped by pear, tangerine zest and warm brioche. Silky smooth tannins from long élévage (barrel aging) meet a salty, oyster-shell edge, giving the wine both generosity and drive. Production is tiny, and the wine feels as crafted and expressive as its origins.
Floral and smoky, with pear, nectarine, warm brioche, zesty citrus, white pepper, and a salty mineral edge.
“Excellent wines from small producers which you can’t find elsewhere.”
Verified Trustpilot Review“The service has always been personal and excellent.”
Verified Trustpilot Review“Great wines, very reasonably priced, and customer service is excellent.”

Tasting Notes
A textural, mineral Chablis with pear, nectarine and warm brioche, carried by a long, perfumed, oyster-shell finish.

Silky Texture, Citrus Lift, Mineral Depth
Vallée Clabory is expressive from the first swirl: pear, nectarine, beeswax and a hint of warm bread rising from the glass. On the palate it is supple and quietly powerful, its roundness balanced by tangy acidity and a mineral crunch. Everything feels seamless — the silky tannins, the gentle weight, the long, perfumed finish touched by salt and citrus. A deeper, more enveloping Chablis, yet still anchored in clarity.

The Plot
A 0.32-hectare south-facing parcel above Chichée, planted on deep, gravelly clay-limestone soils that encourage both texture and energy. Hand-harvested fruit, long élévage and naturally low yields make this one of Arnaud’s most limited and characterful village bottlings.
Technical Details
Hand-harvested Chardonnay from a south-facing site on deep gravel and clay-limestone. Natural fermentation, two years in 450–500 L barrels with around 20% new oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Approx. 2,700 bottles produced.
Discover Their Story
Jérémy Arnaud’s ascent toward Chablis cult status traces back to 1990, when his father planted the family’s first solitary hectare.
Jérémy stepped in with just half a hectare of his own in 2017, and his holdings have since multiplied tenfold, mirroring the speed and certainty of his rise. He stands at the vanguard of a new Chablis generation, rejecting pesticides, harvesting by hand, and ageing in true wooden barrels to craft wines with striking texture, tension and depth.
