- Green apple and lemon, with melon, brioche and a bright, fresh finish
- Oak-aged for texture, bottled unfined and unfiltered

About this Wine
This Aligoté doesn’t hold back. From a 0.22ha plot of 60-year-old vines on clay soil, it bursts with green apple, citrus, and a brush of ripe tropical fruit. Eight months in oak brings texture without weight, while the finish crackles with natural acidity. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, it’s vibrant, complex, and full of intention. Adrien Guyon’s debut wine, and a stunning start.
Bright and silky, with green apple, lemon zest, melon, brioche, and a lively saline edge.

Tasting Notes
Old vines, new hands - the perfect comeback. Bright, tropical, and gloriously unfiltered.

One Small Plot. One Big Return.
Adrien Modot-Guyon could’ve played it safe. Instead, he launched his revived family domaine with this gutsy, old-vine Aligoté. Bright, tropical, and refreshingly uncompromising. Think lemon zest, green apple, and honeyed melon laced with saline acidity, wrapped in a gentle frame of oak. The fruit is late-harvested but stays zippy, the mouthfeel is silky but lifted, and nothing gets in the way: it’s bottled unfined, unfiltered, and gloriously alive. It’s Adrien’s first wine since taking back the reins of his family estate - a storied domaine rooted in Chambolle itself. After a family tragedy halted production in 2004, the vines were leased out for nearly two decades. In 2023, Adrien brought the name back. A celebratory gunshot marked the moment. The wines did the rest.
