This is Monthélie with a twinkle in its eye. From young vines next door to the Premier Cru Les Clous, it’s all juicy red fruit, rose petals, and a little spice. Light on its feet but far from simple, it’s the kind of Pinot that makes you want to cancel plans and open another bottle. Pierrick’s touch keeps it elegant, expressive—and just straight-up delicious.
Floral and spicy, with juicy cherry and raspberry, rose petal lift, silky texture, and a peppery, fresh finish.

Tasting Notes
Juicy red fruit & delicate tannins. From vines next door to a Premier Cru. Monthélie with a spring in its step 🍓

Premier Cru Neighbour. Elegance Bottled.
This wine comes from the lower section of Aux Fournereaux, a vineyard in Monthélie that borders the famed Premier Cru Les Clous. These vines are young—only a few years old—and Pierrick Bouley gives them their own space in the cellar. The result is a wine that’s light on its feet but still grounded: red fruit, floral lift, silky texture, and a little snap of tannin to hold it all together.
Fermented without sulfur, aged gently in barrel for 12 months, and bottled without filtration, this is as pure as Pinot gets.
