Bourgogne Pinot Noir
Strawberry- Cherry and raspberry fruit with a lick of spice
- Silky, structured tannins and a rounded, juicy core
- Old-vine fruit from ten plots in Gilly-lès-Cîteaux

About this Wine
Cherry, raspberry and a lick of spice. This is classic Bourgogne with a bit more backbone. From 60-year-old vines across ten plots in Gilly-lès-Cîteaux, Adrien Guyon’s Pinot Noir is juicy and elegant, with just enough oak to bring depth and quiet confidence. Gluggable now, but built to last the test of time and develop even more in bottle.
Silky and lifted, with cherry and raspberry fruit, a savoury oak whisper, and a fresh, structured finish.

Tasting Notes
60 Year-old vines, serious intent. A bold, structured Bourgogne Pinot with pedigree and poise.

A Bourgogne with depth, drive and a Chambolle spirit
Don’t let the label fool you. This might be a Bourgogne, but it’s got layers. A blend of ten plots of old Pinot vines around Gilly-lès-Cîteaux, Adrien-Guyon’s 2023 is silky, lifted and quietly structured. There’s cherry and raspberry fruit right up front, but also a whisper of cedar and clove from 14 months in barrel, 30% of it new. It’s smooth and charming now, but will stretch out beautifully with a bit of patience.

The Plot
This wine brings together fruit from around ten small plots of Pinot Noir vines, all around 60 years old, on the clay soils of Gilly-lès-Cîteaux. The area lies just across from Chambolle-Musigny, where Adrien-Guyon’s family once ran a prestigious Domaine until 2004. He brought it back to life in 2023—and this Bourgogne shows just how much he’s inherited. Classic, composed, and quietly confident.
Technical Details
100% Pinot Noir from 60-year-old vines across ten plots in Gilly-lès-Cîteaux. Clay soils. Aged 14 months in oak barrels (30% new). Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
