Bourgogne Blanc “Les Veuillots” Ovoïde
- Single-source Les Veuillots Chardonnay with lime, grapefruit and pineapple lift
- Concrete-egg ageing brings a smooth, powdery texture and crystalline clarity
- Hand-harvested and organic certified, with white pepper and mineral freshness

About this Wine
The concrete-egg expression of Les Veuillots: clean, smooth and gently tropical. Lime, grapefruit and pineapple glide over a fine, powdery texture, giving the wine both brightness and charm. A glistening, pure-fruited style that shows the vineyard in its most linear, crystalline form.
Jérémy ages wines from this vineyard in three ways: stainless steel, concrete egg & wood barrel.
Bright and luminous, with grapefruit, lemon, lime and pineapple over a smooth, powdery texture and mineral freshness.
“Excellent wines from small producers which you can’t find elsewhere.”
Verified Trustpilot Review“The service has always been personal and excellent.”
Verified Trustpilot Review“Great wines, very reasonably priced, and customer service is excellent.”

Tasting Notes
Vibrant and tropical-leaning, with lime, grapefruit and a soft mineral frame shaped by concrete-egg purity.

Glistening Citrus, Soft Texture, Egg-Shaped Clarity
This Ovoïde bottling shines in the glass — bright, pale, almost luminous. Aromas of grapefruit, lemon, lime and a juicy hint of pineapple lead the way. On the palate the wine is smooth and pure, its powdery tannins giving a delicate shape without weight. There’s a subtle mineral hum beneath the fruit, finishing clean and refreshing. It’s the most vibrant and aerial of the three Les Veuillots interpretations.

The Plot
A high-altitude, south-facing site above Tonnerre planted in 2019 on rocky clay-limestone. The vineyard brings natural freshness and mineral clarity; the concrete egg magnifies this purity, keeping fruit bright and tension-driven.
Technical Details
Hand-harvested Chardonnay. Natural fermentation. Élevage in concrete egg-shaped tanks (Ovoïde) to preserve freshness and enhance texture. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Discover Their Story
Jérémy Arnaud’s ascent toward Chablis cult status traces back to 1990, when his father planted the family’s first solitary hectare.
Jérémy stepped in with just half a hectare of his own in 2017, and his holdings have since multiplied tenfold, mirroring the speed and certainty of his rise. He stands at the vanguard of a new Chablis generation, rejecting pesticides, harvesting by hand, and ageing in true wooden barrels to craft wines with striking texture, tension and depth.
