Eau Minérale Naturelle Sparkling
- Fine, persistent bubbles with crystalline freshness
- Subtle minerality and a whisper of salt
- Carbonated at source for a clean, graceful finish

About this Wine
Crisp, fine, and gracefully effervescent, Villeminfroy Sparkling Mineral Water captures Burgundy’s natural purity with a touch of sparkle. Its delicate bubbles and subtle minerality make it the perfect palate-awakener between great wines. This water is drawn from a spring, not far from the village’s of Gevrey-Chambertin and Fixin in the Côte de Nuits. It makes sense that the land producing wines of such beauty, would do the same with water too.
Crisp and mineral, with crystalline freshness, subtle salt, fine bubbles, and a clean, graceful finish.

Tasting Notes
The fizz of finesse — Burgundy’s bubbles, without the grape.

Bubbles with a Burgundy Accent.
This is no ordinary fizz — it’s a lesson in elegance. Villeminfroy Sparkling Mineral Water brings Burgundian poise to every pour, with fine, persistent bubbles and a minerality that dances rather than bites. Think crystalline freshness, a whisper of salt, and a finish so clean it practically sparkles with self-confidence. A toast to clarity, bottled with grace.

The Plot
Rising from deep beneath the ancient limestone of Villeminfroy in southern Burgundy, this naturally pure water is carbonated at the source to preserve its gentle mineral character. Protected for over a century, the spring has been recognised since 1828 for its balance and purity, a geological gift shaped by time and terroir alike.
Technical Details
Natural mineral water from the Villeminfroy spring in Saône-et-Loire, Burgundy. Lightly mineralised (residue dry at 180°C: approx. 170 mg/L), with calcium (53 mg/L) and magnesium (10 mg/L) supporting freshness and texture. Naturally still, delicately carbonated at source for a refined effervescence. Bottled directly at the spring, unprocessed and microbiologically pure.

Our Take
Yes... we know this sounds insane, but this really is the best water we've ever tasted! The monks of Burgundy chose their vineyards, and their water wisely. Before there was Grand Cru, there was groundwater. You have to try it to believe it.
