Côte de Nuits Village ‘Les Chaillots’
Blackberry
Cranberry- Stony Les Chaillots Pinot Noir with blackberry, violet and black pepper lift
- Silky, structured texture with zesty acidity and mineral tension
- Lightly extracted and 100% destemmed, showing finesse and freshness

About this Wine
Don’t let the “villages” fool you—Les Chaillots is firing on all cylinders. From a stony plot in Corgoloin (the name literally means “pebbles”), this 100% destemmed Pinot is light on its feet, with black fruit, violets, garrigue and a zap of electric acidity that makes everything sing. The texture is delicate, the structure is dialled-in, and the whole wine feels like a bolt of energy. Super tasty, and just the right amount serious.
Floral and stony, with blackberry, cranberry, violet, black pepper and a bright mineral edge.

Tasting Notes
Elegant, electric, and effortlessly drinkable. A stony, high-energy Pinot with charm to spare. Pebbles never tasted so good.

Stony Soils. Electric Vibes. 2,000 Bottles Made.
Les Chaillots means “pebbles” in the local dialect, and that stony backbone defines the wine—light, fresh, and full of snap. Grown in Corgoloin from 50-year-old vines, this is Pinot Noir that buzzes with acidity and tension, but still brings depth and elegance. Expect blackberry, cranberry, violet, garrigue and just a flicker of black pepper spice.
100% destemmed and very gently extracted, this is a wine built on finesse—not force. It drinks beautifully now, but there’s enough structure to see it age with grace.
