Volnay
Blackberry- Seven Volnay parcels woven into one fragrant, fruit-rich Pinot Noir
- Rose, cherry and plum with silky structure and spice
- Fresh limestone tension meets clay-and-silt roundness

About this Wine
This Volnay struts into the room like it knows it smells amazing. All rose petals, black cherry, and a swirl of spice, it’s silky, fragrant, and just the right amount of flirtatious. A blend of seven plots, but everything’s in harmony—fresh, elegant, and seriously moreish. It’s a wine that feels complete from nose to finish. It’s the kind of Pinot you open meaning to share… and somehow don’t.
Floral and fruit-rich, with rose, black cherry, plum, spice, and a silky, fresh mineral edge.

Tasting Notes
Seven plots, one knockout wine. Perfumed, polished, and pure Pierrick Bouley. This Volnay absolutely sings.

Seven Plots. One Voice. Volnay in Harmony.
This cuvée blends fruit from seven vineyard parcels across Volnay: Gigotte, Grands Champs, Paquier, Luret, Echard, Pluchots, and Chanlins—with the latter adding limestone tension to the blend’s clay and silt roundness. It’s a perfect example of how the whole can outshine even its finest parts. Many of the plots are right next to their famed Premier Cru neighbours.
The wine is fermented without sulfur to preserve freshness, then aged in barrel for 12 months. The result? A floral, fruit-rich Pinot Noir with layers of cherry, raspberry, plum and rose, wrapped in fine structure and spice.
