About this Wine
A six-bottle tasting case for lovers of richer, rounder white Burgundy. This is Chardonnay in its most comforting form: golden fruit, creamy texture, toasted nuts, buttered pastry, gentle oak and that irresistible Burgundian finish.
Inside you’ll find bottles from Domaine Modot-Guyon, Philippe Chavy, Domaine Alain Gras, Pierre Mayeul and Jérémy Arnaud, moving from bright, mineral Chablis through generous Bourgogne Chardonnay, all the way into the richer, more luxurious territory of Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Premier Cru Santenay.
Golden and generous, with creamy texture, toasted nuts, buttered pastry, gentle oak, and a bright mineral edge.
“Excellent wines from small producers which you can’t find elsewhere.”
Verified Trustpilot Review“The service has always been personal and excellent.”
Verified Trustpilot Review“Great wines, very reasonably priced, and customer service is excellent.”
Verified Trustpilot Review“Ben is super friendly, knowledgeable and takes time out to make sure you are assisted personally.”

Verified Trustpilot ReviewFAQs
Clear details, so you can buy with confidence
Is this wine ready to drink now?
Yes. This is ready to drink now and should give plenty of pleasure straight away. Open it for its perfume, texture and charm rather than waiting for the perfect distant moment.
Should I buy one bottle or a few?
One to try, three if you want to follow it over time, six if you already know the producer or style. Burgundy moves quickly, and small parcels rarely hang around for long.
What if I’m not sure this is my style?
Use our live chat, or pop us an email. We specialise in Burgundy and are always happy to help. Our tasting notes are based on wines tasted by our founders and updated regularly, so you can buy with proper confidence.
How quickly will it arrive?
Fast. We ship every wine on a next-working-day service and dispatch Monday to Friday. At checkout, you can even choose a delivery day that suits you.
How is it packed?
Each bottle is wrapped in tissue before being carefully placed into our specially imported Italian boxes, tested to rigorous standards. We have literally dropped them from the first storey of our house. All our packaging is paper-based and recyclable.
Can I send it as a gift?
Absolutely. As standard, our wines arrive wrapped in bespoke tissue paper. At checkout, you can also add gift bags, gift boxes and notes.
