Tasting Notes
Only 294 bottles: Meursault Premier Cru with citrus sparkle, brioche depth, and mineral poise.

A Premier Cru That Dances
This Meursault pirouettes between richness and energy. Lemon, lime, and gooseberry sparkle against soft pear and peach, while white blossoms float through a creamy brioche core. Vanilla and chalky minerality keep it taut, elegant, and alive - a Premier Cru with both muscle and poise. With only 294 bottles made, every sip is a collector’s prize.

The Plot
Porusot Dessus sits high on Meursault’s limestone slopes, where stony soils and old vines draw out precision and depth. Ex Nihilo’s choice parcel, perched at 230–280 metres, is a terroir of fissures and relief, giving the wine its striking tension and mineral clarity.
Technical Details
Harvested manually on September 18, the Chardonnay was gently pressed for 3–4 hours, settled naturally by gravity, and fermented with native yeasts. Ageing took place for 12 months entirely in one-wine oak barrels, giving subtle vanilla warmth without masking the terroir.

Discover Their Story
Founded by Morgane and Alban Desazars, this young house brings Champagne polish to Côte d’Or terroir.
They may be recent arrivals, but their journey runs deep. Alban works directly in the vines, guiding the raw material from soil to cellar. Morgane brings sharp vision and precision. Together, they craft single-plot wines with patience, instinct, and a touch of daring – miniscule volumes, but big character.

Verified Trustpilot ReviewFAQs
Clear details, so you can buy with confidence
Is this wine ready to drink now?
This will benefit from time in the cellar. You can open it now if you enjoy youthful energy, but patience should bring more depth, harmony and complexity.
Should I buy one bottle or a few?
One to try, three if you want to follow it over time, six if you already know the producer or style. Burgundy moves quickly, and small parcels rarely hang around for long.

How quickly will it arrive?
Fast. We ship every wine on a next-working-day service and dispatch Monday to Friday. At checkout, you can even choose a delivery day that suits you.
How is it packed?
Each bottle is wrapped in tissue before being carefully placed into our specially imported Italian boxes, tested to rigorous standards. We have literally dropped them from the first storey of our house. All our packaging is paper-based and recyclable.
Can I send it as a gift?
Absolutely. As standard, our wines arrive wrapped in bespoke tissue paper. At checkout, you can also add gift bags, gift boxes and notes.
