A more uniform ruby purple, aged in demi-muids. The Trapets are bringing the wood effect down, and now use just a third new wood for Cuvée Ostrea. The nose is a big step up, much classier fruit, which also fills the mouth with a deep raspberry and bilberry fruit, before a touch of spice. Really long finish.
