Tasting Notes
From the master of Saint-Romain—an electrifying lemon bomb. Packed with energy, richness, and luxurious depth!

Benchmark Saint-Romain. 4th Generation Vignerons. Michelin restaurant favourite.
From the first swirl, this Saint-Romain doesn’t just sit there—it grabs you by the collar. Honeysuckle and citrus explode from the glass like fireworks, followed by ripe nectarine and zesty lemon—fresh, vibrant, and ready to take on the world. It’s got enough complexity to make you think, but it’s so drinkable it could knock out your afternoon with ease.

The Plot
"Les Cinq Climats" is a blend of grapes from five distinct climates, each adding its own punch. Together, they create a wine that defines Saint-Romain—elegant, powerful, and impossibly fresh.
🍇 Technical
Hand-harvested, gently pressed, and fermented with precision. Aged for 12 months in barrels (20% new oak) and vats, this wine emerges with just the right balance. The oak adds a subtle kick, but it’s the fresh fruit and zesty acidity that steal the show—making this wine both refined and effortlessly drinkable.
