Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes De Nuits Rouge
Strawberry- High-altitude Pinot with cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant brightness
- Chewy tannins, liquorice and earthy spice on the finish
- Single-source vineyard fruit, hand harvested with organic principles

About this Wine
Grown high in the hills above Nuits-St-Georges, this is Pinot with lift, crunch, and serious charm. Cherry, raspberry, and a flick of wild strawberry dance over chewy tannins and a spice-laced finish. Fresh, juicy, and just structured enough to feel grown-up. Great with grilled things. Better with a second bottle.
Bright and juicy, with cherry, blackcurrant and raspberry lifted by liquorice, earthy spice and bold, grippy tannins.
“Excellent wines from small producers which you can’t find elsewhere.”

Tasting Notes
Pinot with altitude — and attitude. Bright, bouncy, and dangerously drinkable 🏔️

Pinot Noir. But Make It Airy.
Up at 400m in Arcenant, the vines are low density, the soils are Jurassic marl and limestone, and the wines come with bounce. This is a bright, structured Pinot that balances freshness with a little chew — think cherry, blackcurrant and raspberry with liquorice and earthy spice kicking in at the finish. It’s a proper red Burgundy, just with the edges ironed out and the vibe turned up. Affordable, food-friendly, and far too easy to finish.

The Plot
From a 2.23 ha site near Arcenant, where altitude slows ripening and brings extra freshness. The plot sits well above most Côte de Nuits vineyards, so harvest is two weeks later than the estate average — adding a little zip to the fruit and length to the season.
Technical Details
100% Pinot Noir. Cold maceration (5°C) for 3–5 days, followed by 10 days of fermentation with regular remontage. Aged for 12 months in mostly old oak (only 10% new). No fuss, no flash — just clean, balanced, honest red Burgundy with charm for days.

Discover Their Story
A.F. Gros is where two great Burgundy families, Gros and Parent come together.
Now led by siblings Caroline and Mathias Parent, this next-gen duo brings fresh energy to a legacy of precision.
From Bourgogne to Richebourg, every wine gets the same care: whole bunch ferments, ceramic ageing, and a quiet radicalism behind the classic style.
